Remove the top cover by removing the screws at the back of the machine and sliding the cover off forwards. Now you need to obtain access to the complete circumference of the drum to fit the belt. Depending on your machine you can either remove the front of the dryer, or release the rear bearing support so that you can slide the new belt over the drum and under the bearing retainer, which may entail removing the back cover as well. The belt then just slips over the motor pulley and you need to check on the belt tension, usually done by adjusting the motor or the tensioner.

Nothing that runs off of the surpentine belt is working

check belt ? if nothint is working, make sure the belt is turning, if not, is it borken and just laying there? is it there at al? Check the tensioner, it could be loose, not belt movement. if all items are turning, not slipping, but turning at speed with engine, they have to be working or the engine would not turn, engine would not run.

Can hear washer spinning but tub isn't spinning

Check the belt and replace it, Ithas either borken or has become loose. You can remove the back cover and get to the belt. Remove it or if it is broken just take it into a local hardware store and buy a new belt. Looking at about 10 dollars max to buy
