Lg wm-14445fds direct drive 8kg washing machine manual

Hi please could you let me know were i can get a manual for my washer its a LG wm-14445fds direct drive 8kg.i have tried to get in touch with LG but with no success.Please can you help me find a site that will help me?

Hi i have tried everything 48 phone calls 62 emails to get my lg washer mended it's still under guarantee but as i lost my receipt they wont do anything.they are as a well known company ripping people off i paid a lot of money 4 mine it as not worked 4 5 months i'm devastated at the service i got

your tub needs to be totally empty of water first,if it is then open the top cover and run the diagnostics on the unit,if this fails then the control board is defective

Are you sure the error is DU?

That DU is fault of the main board and it will need to be replaced.

L.G DIRECT DRIVE 7 WASHER / DRYER U.E ERROR CODE
My machine is doing just the same! It is about the same age as yours. I cannot believe this is it working properly, but the manufacurers are no help.

I am seriously thinking of getting rid of it, and would be loathe to touch an LG again.
