You need 2 special spring clip retainer release tools, they are "U" shaped and have a little ball on the open end of the U, they go through the 2 little holes on each side of the radio face plate, and release the clips, if you have never done this it can be a pain. You should be able to buy this little tool from any tool dealer like Snap-on or Mac tools, they are cheap. They come in pairs as you must release the clips at the same time and use the tool to pull back on the radio to remove it.

It does depend on your engine design. Essentially if there is limited clearance (interference fit) between your piston head and valve then damage is likely otherwise you may be fortunate enough to replace the belt and be on your way. Important not to try to turn the engine over without at belt or the belt not installed correctly as this could cause damage.

at any auto parts dealer they have a glue/epoxy that will stick it back up their very easily just make sure its very clean.
