We just bought a lazy boy recliner rocker. The first time I sat in it I heard a snap and found a broken plastic piece on the floor. It is a piece that belongs on the bottom back of the chair. it is under the wing nuts that tighten and loosen the tension of the chair. There is one on the left but the one on the right is the one that broke. It has a number 15000712-00R. Is this piece needed? I looked in the operating manual and it does not show anything.
