On home grade routers you can block all access by time or block keywords, but no both.

Have you set the TP Link TL-WA901ND IP to have 192.168.1.1 as the default gateway ?
Also DHCP server is where ?
IN the TP LINK TL-WA901ND or in DLINK DIR 615
Only have one Router running DHCP and set the default gateway in the leases as 192.168.1.1.
What subnet mask are you using is it the same through out all devices ?

Toconnect to your wireless router from the computer/laptop, configure thewireless card in your computer/laptop with the router's wireless settings ieSSID, plus the WPA or WPA2 encryption key. Then computer/laptops cancommunicate with your wireless router.

In your internet browser type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and the enter.
Enter 'admin' all lower case for both username and password.

step 1. start windows control panel administratrio, service ->file folder share... you can manage you profile share file or folder and who want to access here ...
step 2 You can click on control panel internet option
and you look a much tab can you setting to limitted access
