There is still hope, put it in rice, place it near a warm spot. if necessary, open it up and brush off all the residue of the liquid. if all of that fails There may be a physical issue with your logic board. Depending on how significant the water damage is, you may be able to fix this problem rather simply.

1) Open the disc tray
2) Remove cover and battery
3) Bury all components in a bowl of DRY rice overnight
4) Reassemble the PSP
