Creative zen mp3 player

Hi Chris, I downloaded some cd's on to my zen player and the titles do not show up, how do I make that happen?

The Zen uses ID tags to display the details of the song, So you will need to set these correctly for each mp3.
I use Winamp to do this but there is other ID tagging software available.
It's possible to add the ID tag information automatically using your ripping software - I think CDEX amongst others can do this.

Lost cd

Hey chucky47,

If you have lost the installation CD for your MP3 player, you may generally download the necessary software and back-up tools by visiting the manufacturer's website. Please keep in mind that not all manufacturers provide web-based support, and that you may need to contact Creative Labs directly if you are looking for an actual factory-made CD for your Zen Micro. Otherwise, you should be able to find what you're looking for by clicking on the following link:

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Creative Zen Nano Plus 1 GB

The way to fix it is, on your PC, you make folders on the Zen Nano drive. Title those folders as you want. Then you put all of the audio into those folders. And hopefully when you turn on the device, the audio will be in folders. Good luck.
