As you know, the printer is discontinued, I would first check with local computer stores to see if they has any.
Else, i found a website:
http://www.inkplustoner.com/pro205-ink-cartridges-c-28_33_6619_6624.html
Please check the model no. of your print cartridges and compare if the above link is offering same.
Do call them to get clarification.

I have a message coming saying the printer head needs to be fix. What do i need to do to get it to work.

First check for foreign objects in the printer cartridge area or a loose print head.

Then there are two possibilities if it was a Printhead error. You can replace the printhead. Order one from Canon support: 1-800-828-4040 Monday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 midnight. EST, excluding holidays. Say Order Parts to be connected to the Parts Desk. Be sure to have your model number (i320) or part number (QY6-0044-000) ready for the sales person. This is a non-returnable item. The other option is that the entire printer needs repair (professional service).

You can't tell which issue you have until you try a new printhead.

I wish that I could be of more help.

My kodak E 9 showed the message "detected new printhead, put plain paper in the try and press start." I did that and then this came "Error Code 3802."I have disconncected power, etc. and the thing starts...

Hi,

through my experience this is a printhead error message. Make sure that the printhead is seated correctly in the printer. If the error persists all you need is a new printhead. Contact Kodak under 1-800-421-6699 or go through the Interactive Step-by-Step Solutions tool under www.kodak.com/go/itg. Choose All-in-one printer - Print quality - Problem is not listed and follow the steps, then you come on a site where you can order a new printhead for free.

I need replaces the printhead

First off, remove the cartridges. There's a small button/lever up under the top of the printhead that you have to press in, its in the very center. Once you press that in, it should pop forward and allow you to pull it out. In order to replace it, just pull the old one out, pull the yellow tabs off the new one and snap it in place and put the cartridges in.

Printhead Installation Instructions

You can download the user manual from Kodak. It will give you the info you need. It is a little trick to get the old printhead out, but it snaps into place at the top, so that is where you need to release the old one.

Black ink cartridge

You all need a new printhead. If the eyes on the demo sheet (copy and photo at the same time) are coming out all white and they look like zombies the black text isn't working properly. Try cleaning the printhead. If that doesn't work, call kodak, you need a new printhead.

Labels enlarged

if they are diferent resolutions, ex. you change from 200 dpi to 300 dpi, you need to change something inside the printer like the gears (just reversing the platten roller gear and the the withe gera on the motor) and you are printing on 300 dpi with very small fontes.
