Samsung projection TV

You have this listed in the Projection TV area--try posting a new question in the major appliance area---if you post the model number a expert in that area MAY help you or suggest how to get what you want.

We solved the problem by purchasing a surround sound system and hooked it up to the Cable box thus bypassing the TV speakers. It was a cheaper fix than having a TV repair service guy come out and we have even better sound! Thanks anyway!

Their is no more you can do.
You need a professional.
Stop using the TV until it is repaired.

Sounds like the Convergence Circuit in the TV has failed. Call an Authorized Service Center and have them come out and give you a wtitten estimate B4 repair.

You need to find qualified servicer for this problem. You will want to have model number. You should be able to get expert analysis and price quote for 50-75.00.  Total repair cannot be determined with info posted. Search Yellowbook and Craigslist for TV repair help

It sounds like the tv power supply has problems. you probably should call a service center about a repair.

there are "safety" features built in to any tv with a "crt" type of screen that will not allow the tv to run when there is a problem.

Sounds like the DMD board, I would rather have Samsung to do the in home repair
