I would say it probably needs defrosted. Check for thick ice buildup, more then 1 inch. Remove gently as possible. May just need turned down a bit. Adjustment is inside refridgerator on side or above top shelf. Best of luck. Hope this has helped!

maybe the fridge is set on a colder setting and if that's not it then stick it on the lower shelves and that might help from not freezing because are fridge is the same way when it is stuck by the coolant fan

Whirlpool model mfi2569vem is freezing the food, milk, etc ... in the fridge.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. You need to raise the temperature in the fridge. You should have a turn switch in the fridge that is numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

I put milk inside the fridge and before expiration date it smells very bad and is not OK ,please give me soloution .it happened more than 20 times, thanks

Hi,

If your milk is not keeping then the frdge is too warm....

Turn the control on the fridge a little bit colder each day, till you just start to freeze things...

Then make it just a bit warmer and you will be at he best temperature to keep food the longest...

Fridge compartment is freezing food/milk etc

Sir, To solve this problem, you must open the compressor area at the back bottom of the refrigerator and chek the temperature of the pressure line. If the temperature is between 55celcius to 60 than its ok. Or else you need to change the refrigerant. I suggest you to contact the service authority.

Thanks for contacting Fixya.

Food in fridge is freezing.

I need your model number, you may have a problem with your thermistat. Sears uses a different model number system than everyone. The model number will look like this 231.0564879 for example. Or yours may have electronic vents. Let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze
You may need to contact me because Fixya has a problem letting me know if you respond.

Fresh food side too warm

Refrigerator [email protected] 40 F or lower is the recommended refrigerator temperature to slow bacterial growth and maintain quality. Freezing occurs at 32 F; adjust refrigerator accordingly between 32 F and 40 F to prevent unwanted freezing, such as freezing milk.

Samsung refrigerator freezer not freezing

-2 although below freezing temperature, is not really enough to keep food really frozen. I am presuming we are talking in Celcuis. You need to set the freezer to a lower setpoint.
