You are trying to open the NAT on the router for X-box. For this you will need to reduce the MTU settings on the router to 1365. You will also need to trigger some ports on the router. make sure the security settings on router is WEP-Personal. I don't know what you have for internet but Dial-up, DSL, and satellite internet will not get NAT 1.
This one is simple. Find the IP address that your Xbox is assigned by your router, then put it into the DMZ. This also goes for PS3 users who are having trouble with internet access.
