My washing machine wont drain the water out before spin cycle it stops and turns off after wash so when you open the lid its still full of water

Hi just read your posting. Now you said in your posting it does not drain before the spin cycle, but does it drain before the rinse cycle?Does your machine stop and beep and show an error code in your LCD display or if you have the other model a series of lights?Have you tried advancing the cycle to spin and pushing the start button? Please reply with additional information and I can help you track down this fault.

Fisher and paykel smart drive 703 top loader, lights go on but pressing them even to start does nothing not start or let me change the size of the load ;(

Hi, just read your posting. Now the possible fault could be your display board. When you turn the power on to the machine from the power point do all the lights come on and you hear an audio beep beep , then the lights go out ?If that happens, then do you push start and can not select anything else like water temp or load size?Or do a series of lights light up and it beeps indicating a fault code after you have pushed the power button? Please reply and I can guide you throe step by step the process needed to fix this problem.

Control board malfunctioning.

You can try tripping the breaker a half dozen times or so, or else leave it unplugged/without power for a couple days. Once it is plugged back in you may have to leave it overnight and then try it, but that almost always revives it. I notice the problem when I don't use the washer/dryer once a week or don't push any buttons during that time to activate it in some way. Problem seems to occur more frequently in the winter when house is cooler.

Kenmore eilite oasis

UL stands for an unbalance load where one side the tub is heavier than the other side.

when the code is displayed, it automatically unlocks the lid so you can go in and reposition the clothes to try and balance it. once you are done, simply press the start button again and it should continue again where it left off. if you push the stop button, it will drain the water and assume the cycle is complete.

unplugging it and replugging it in should allow you to do other wash cycles. press power and you should be able to select wash cycles.

if you still have no control, make sure you still have power at the outlet by plugging in a lamp and turning it on. if no power, find the GFI outlet that controls that outlet and reset it. if not on a GFI outlet, then check the circuit breaker panel for a popped breaker. reset it and power should now be restored.

Kenmore 80 Series - water wont fill to full load

remove edge decore trims from left and right side front of control panel8b608f8.jpg
remove phillips screws from bottom corners of contol panel
remove knob from water level selector
raise control panel ~1 inch then flip over backwords on pivots
depress lock tab on right/underside of water level control body where it touches metal mount plate
rotate water level control body 45deg anti clockwise
pull body off
top side of body next to knob shaft is 1/8 hex head bolt
turn clockwise to rais water level
anticlockwise to lower water level
machine can be operated with this part not fitted so can check level. fill, adjust screw, fill will start again, adjust screw, until water level is correct
reinstall in reverse order
Incidentally, the cause is a VERY small wire spring inside the control body that is not really up to the task, and stretches over years.
Its a common occurrence, and I make this repair, on callouts, no parts required, couple times a month you may have to flip the switch to reset to get the water to restart filling
