You need to search on-line for the size of wheel, not by the model of the bike. Look at the tire, it will be labeled with the wheel size.

You need to either return the bike and get another, or go through the warranty process. This time of year,if you bought the bike from a physical store (not-online) then I would go back and exchange.

If your not looking for a seat that looks exactly like the old one you can get a replacement at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target ect.

A good bicycle dealer?repair shop should be able to help you. Take the seatpost and old seat if you have it with you and they can sell you one. They will definitely need the seatpost to match the seat.

Install the tire b4 you install the brake assembly, You slide the tire in then make sure the safety washers are installed with the hooks in the holes. This prevents the tire from coming off should the lock nuts back off. Tighten but don't over tighten , a quarter turn passed snug is always a good rule without a torque wrench

The silver bolt on the neck behind the handlebars. Losen it off a few turns, and the entire stem can be raised and lowered. Be sure not to raise it too much, should be a minimum mark, or else leave a good inch or two still in the frame, and tighten it back up. Make sure it's aligned with the front wheel though!
