Welcome to FixYa!

If you're seeing notifications that the copy of Windows that is installed on your PC might not be genuine, or that you might be a victim of counterfeit software, it's likely that your copy of Windows was not properly activated or is otherwise not genuine. To fix this, click the notification and follow the steps to either repair Windows or-if you have inadvertently obtained counterfeit software-buy genuine Windows.

If you are using Windows XP, download and install the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification Application. It will scan your operating system and will remove the annoying message if it's a legitimate copy of windows.

Please describe your how ca i remove microsoft ask genuine licensing software in my windows 7

Actually guys, in using windows 7 you can select either ways of updating your operating but in your case i think you have chosen automatic updates that's why microsoft checks your key if it genuine or not that's the reason why it asks for a genuine license key. In removing it you must have a valid genuine license from microsoft or reformat your PC in order to remove that problem
