Eather a bent wheel or a bad wheel bearing, Both of these could be your problem , Try swaping sides and see if does it on same side if so i would say wheel bearing out. If does on other side i would say it's a bad wheel. Good luck to you.
Unless someone is not doing the replacement correctly and I mean getting them in and tightning them correctly, You may have an issue with the wheel. Check and see if it is sloppy on the studs when you tighten the lugs. There must be too much play in the wheel for this to keep happening or they weren't installed correctly. try rotating the wheels and see if this issue moves to a different wheel. If it does'nt and is still an issue I would have the breaings and axles and suspinsion checked out for exxcesive play.
