Hi, I'm from Malaysia.I have a Kenwood Chef model A701A.While creaming cheese the power whisk does not rotate.Could you please help to overcome this problem.thank you.

Is it just the power whisk or all attachments that do not rotate? On the A701A there is a clutch and spring fitted to the gearbox. (Spring loaded clutch) There is a pin in the cover that actuates the clutch. If the pin is broken or come out of the cover then the front of the machine will not work. (you may have to have someone fabricate a new pin!) If the clutch spring has broken you will experience the symptom you described also.

There is also a belt from the motor to the gearbox and the belt may have broken or come off.
