PUK Code
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

what do you mean by block your number? You can't make calls to any numbers or for only one phone number, or you can't receive calls from anybody or only from one phone number? Anyway, try to search for Fix List/Blacklist and make sure you don't have more call forwardings activated than the normal. You can delete them with the following code: ##002#

your friends number are in "blocked messages" in message settings. delete the numbers in blocked messages. no need for hard reset.

Your wireless carrier can block certain numbers from sending you messages and/or phone calls.

how do u unblock unwanted number from sending u text messeges

The default password should be all zeroes. Just push 0 as many times as you can to get to the end of the password box. Usually it is eight 0's. Hope this helps!
