No audio hi.. i have intel dg31pr motherboard but i cant hear any sound

Then select find latest drivers, and follow any prompts. Download and install.

You need to Uninstall sound drivers then download microsoft UAA drivers for your O/S and install them then reboot
When restarted install sound drivers through device drivers

AUD_allOS_5745_PV_RTL from Intel, and MS Service pacj 3 fixed this problem for me.
