This is the time period when GM had ign switch problems. Get a voltmeter and wiring diagram and check the IGN switch

It is possible that your new battery has gone bad. The other option for having a dead battery is a draw on the battery by some system not going to sleep

put a new spark plug in it

No one can help you much if they do not know what year etc. your bike is. WHAT DTCs are set??

Take back to Dealer,warranty will fix it.

have the battery load tested as brand new batteries can be faulty. Check that the terminals on the battery are shiny clean and tight. Check battery leads are in good condition and not corroded away and check the earth wire is fixed and in good condition.

Is your cluch in when your trying to start it?

remove the starter and have it tested, autozone will help ya out

If it is brand new, sounds like you should return it for the retailer to have repaired.

i dont mean to be rude , but if its brand new call the company that built it and they should be able to help you. should be able to troubleshoot over the phone
