If you think it is worth it and it has failed, (replacement is not expensive on fleabay), take it to a car radio repair shop for an estimate or if it is just wiring as a fresh installation, check out the owners manual.
You need to review the audio setting! Check the cables behind device, (audio one) then make sure it is connected with proper one on the plastic connector! Good luck
