Do you mean the DVR620? Toshiba has the manuals for most of their products on their support site: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp . Select Download and then use the drop-down menus to select DVD & Blu-ray Players, DVD Recorders and then your model. Then click Go and select the User's Guide tab.

i have a dvr19dtkb2 video and dvd freeview recorder it has froze on channel 800 tried unplugging it still froze when turned back on can you help please

we are borrowing the unit and do not have the user manual. we cannot figure out how to record a self made vhs to a dvd. how do we do it? please help, its for a project that is due tomorrow.
