I have a delta love 2002 4925. has it been recalled? if so what is the problem? How do I fix it?

Most drop side cribs have been recalled.

You can read the details of the Delta recalls here. This is their website and you can access information on fixing the problem and getting an immobilization kit.

Basically, almost all drop side cribs have been recalled and it has been determined that they should not be drop side anymore.

I Have lost the nuts and bolts to the back part of the cib

do you have any of the bolts ?.... if so go down to the local hardware store and explain what they are for and they should match them up to replacement bolts for you. from a safety angle (considering what it is for) try to get bolts that have some kind of covers on them... mount the bolts thread side outside the frame so that the baby cannot get scraped by them. last but also important... try to get aircraft type bolts..... very unlikely to come undone on their own. despite the name most hardware stores will carry that type of bolt.
