The klik1u does not operate at a 303mhz frequency therefore it will NOT program to the quantum 3212 but the actual remote from Wayne Dalton is only 2 dollars more than wal mart charged me for the klik1u when I bought it to try
The system is limited in the number of openers it can store. Usually 3 though I don't know about your model..
You need to clear all stored openers, and then re-add what you want to use. If there are 4 or more it will not work.. The last one entered will be replaced by the new one. (What you're getting now)
Usually to clear memory, hold down the program button for ten seconds or so.
Wait a few seconds, start installing your openers.
I have a feeling your neighbor operated their door opener when you were programming your new clicker. Try erasing the memory of your opener and then program the clicker again making sure your neighbors do not operate theirs at the same time. To erase the memory hold the smart/learn button in for 10 seconds.
