i don't know where you got your Microsoft Office Publisher 2010 from but I think if you check carefully you might find that it is not genuine.

i think you have been misled by whichever website you downloaded these products from. you should contact PayPal or your credit card company immediately to cancel the payment for these products because they are not genuine.

you should only use a genuine, unused product id or activation code with Microsoft Office 2007 or you will almost certainly have authorization problems.

Go to Microsoft Office web site and down load by paying the nominal fees. Word of advice: Why don't you go for MS 2010 which is available on free trial basis and later you can regularize it by paying the fees. Also it is the latest.

Microsoft Office 2007 is not free. You have to pay and then download it. Go to MS Office website. Select Office 2007. Pay the money and then download it.
