It sounds like the speaker connection is intermittent.

Try it on a headset to see if it is still the same.

SOURCE: samsung n150 plus notebook making crackling noises

I would recommend getting the laptop checked for safety reasons, the sound may be coming from the hard drive, it makes a similiar sound when processing information, for example when windows is starting the sound will be more pronounced, if that is the case it is normal. If the sound comes from the cooling fan it should checked for ware.

Testimonial: "I've cleaned the air vents although didn't look clogged up however computer is so quiet now - am hoping that was the problem and not my hard drive as it is just out of warranty. Many thanks for your help"

Sennheiser HD 205 crackle when listening to music

If the crackling occurs only when opening windows or another program, the crackling is not due to the headphones but to a lack of CPU resources in your computer settings.
If you are in Windows 7,
  1. click the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818.jpg, and then click Control Panel. In the search box, type Performance Information and Tools, and then, in the list of results, click Performance Information and Tools.

Akai model lct2721ad. tv.

Mine does this all the time. It appears to be a factory flaw. The only way around it is to set the channel you are watching to "MONO" and the crackling sound will disappear.

Crackling noise from tv

That crackling noise has nothing to do with the television and everything to do with your antenna. It is merely signal breakdown, when you get signal interference with analogue tv you get snow, with digital you get little squares on the screen and/or sound breaking and cutting in and out, get a licensed antenna repairer to come out check your signal strength as you may need a booster or your antenna could just be a few degrees off....
