I am having the same problem, it is like the heating element for the sealer is broken.My unit actually will NOT seal if I push the manual seal, but the vacuum works.
There does not seem to be a manual specific to this model. There is an extensive description of the product available on Amazon.com including a demo video.

I did a search for a manual at this Tilia's website but was not available for your model V835..
But you could go to the website and look at one that looks close and see its manual.
It might give you the idea that you need to solve your problem
