SOLUTION TO ERROR 14.Hi,this is my situation for my tv,but im pretty confident that this will help and fix everyone that has the same problem as i did.The problem is resistor 3318 and MP34067P on the powerboard.It has nothing to do with audio board,although the manual shows that error code 14 is audio.I stupidly along with others replaced the audio board thinking that was it.It wasnt.Replace 3318 resistor for a 1.00 and the MP34067p for 3.00"you will have to use MP34067pg,Hope ive helped someone so they dont waste time and look in the wrong directions over this problem.

Replace the motor position sensor also known as a 'hall' sensor. About $20. Pretty easy fix. Check out videos on , repairclinic.com , , appliancepartspros.com , or YouTube.com.

Hello,
This could possibly be an easy fix. There are a number of troubleshooting steps you can take to isolate where the problem is coming from. Sometimes its a compound problem including fuses, capacitor(s), FET's or simple cold solders on the power supply board. If you are pretty knowledgeable on electronics and testing i can give you some further testing steps. Or you can take the back of the tv and do a visual evaluation for any burns, cap leaks etc. Hope this helps, im here if you need further assistance

Hi I have an HE 3t model 110 SN- CSR3704321. I am getting an error code F dl. Im pretty sure it means "door lock" because the door isnt locking....is there anything I can do? Thanks

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

'dl' does stand for 'door lock' indicating that there is a problem either with the door lock or the door locked sensor requiring a service call, sorry ;-0(

Hi! Im have a Zenith, its either model c32v23, c36v23 or c34w23, I cant tell as I am disbled and cant move it. Problem is it is flippping between channel 3 and 14 really fast and I cant stop it! Please...

1)Check the remote and the TV and make sure the UP & Down CH buttons are not stuck.
2) Unplug the TV from the wall for about 10 minutes.

Required ICs are available in Part Store for $38
