I have the advice phaser 3100 MFP,the screen displays this message:"erreur imp.temperature four";i have tried to introduce "*,#" ffor delay the error but the error remain,i tried also to press "menu" after"*" but any message in the screen;so now what can i do?

You have to reset your printer through a hardware module which is permanent resetter. www.nakshatraworld.com 09713862555

You will have to replace the fuser. Call 1-800-835-6100 and follow the prompts to purchase parts. It isnt real expensive. Just make sure you still don't have some warranty left on the parts.
