Hi Annebeth9, had the same problem with an ipod nano 5th gen.. After reseting the ipod with itunes (sorry i am from germany, in german its "wiederherstellen" in the version wndow beneath the "search for updates" button) everything worked fine again. These little electronic devices steal more of your time than you like, i am thinking of switching back to vinyl. Helmut from Berlin
Hi Annebeth9, i had the same problem with an ipod nano 5th gen.. Solved it by recvovering the ipod with itunes. Since i am using the german version of itunes i am not sure if recovering is the english word, its the button in the version window of itunes beneath the update button. Hope that helps.
