The washer has been working fine, now it gets as far as spin and never spins (with a load) or completes. I emptied the washer and it does spin up very fast, but still never reaches a Done state or Done cycle.
I also checked and cleaned out (not dirty) the lint filter. I also pulled the pump hoses to check for blockage and it is clean.

i would suggest checking the carbon brushes in the motor. if these are worn down then it wont go into fast spin under load but will with no load.
REMEMBER UNPLUG BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY WORK

It is the washer belt out of place, you need to take apart the appliance back panel and re route the belt, or call a technician to do the job.
resetting the wash cycle has nothing to do with this, in any case ask mattozan, he is very interested in scoring this solution, it is time he does some more job than just posting placeholders to get the money.

How do you reset the wash cycle? is there a reset button?
ALso, i have tried other wash cycles, and spin options, with the same result.
