Konica Minolta Bizhub 362: Any suggestions to the problem below?
A very frustrating and error-prone device (in printer functionality). It's installed in a 20-user network who do use it lightly (total 20,000 pages printed since 4 months ago it was installed first). It stops printing several times a day without any error message. Observation tells that this usually happens after sending PDF type print jobs. You can't do anything to put it back in working condition and you can't use any ofter functionality. Unplugging and re-powering does not help either. It sometimes restart spontaneously after its stuck. Some other times it collects all the jobs and after a self-reset, starts to print 100s of pages sent that day (which goes to rubbish).
Contacting the service did not help at all. They admit that this particular model is a freak and all these models behave the same way. Their experience is that memory upgrade or installation of optional HDD does not solve any of these issues. There is no firmware upgrade or similar options by the way. They advised us to try to sell it someone else and buy bizhub 363!

There is another solution but its more costly.All you have to do is to replace the parameter board of bizhub 362 with the board of 363 along with RAMs.

CAUSE: With Gmail, the MFP must support SMTP over SSL/TLS. The bizhub 200/250/350 and bizhub 222/282/362 series do not support this functionality.
SOLUTION: An E-mail server that does not require support for SMTP over SSL/TLS would have to be used. Hope this helps you
Restart the machine.If code removes then its OK, otherwise press the utility/counter button and restart the machine.Don not leave the button.Keep the button pressed.Trouble reset will appear on screen hit it and restart the machine.
To install bizhub 362 as a printer on your pc, please insert the printer driver cd into CD ROM drive.run the setup utility and follow the instructions.it will automatically search and detect the copier.Just read carefully and follow the instructions.its simple.
It's toner density sensor problem but first of all check if there is sufficient amount of developer and toner. Low quantity of developer/toner in developing unit also cause this problem. Reference
Restart the machine and wait for some time.If the basic screen shows and machine can make copies then its ok if not then again go to the administrator mode, network setting, check the ip if there is no ip then some of the options are missing.call your technical services representative or tell me in detail by email [email protected] i will try my best to help you..
