I got a used W755 and cannot get the backup assistant to upload I get error code 3332 with verizon. Can this be fixed?

It can't be done to work on other service providers.

Press menu on pin screen then enter 000000 if security option appears. If not then you are out of luck unless they can reflashed in store.

Before you go any further, try entering the last four digits of your phone number is the unlock code - that's the default on this device. Hope it works for you!

Download the w755 monster flash file and flash your phone using RSD lite. Once the phone reeboots it will no longer ask for a subsidy code when you try to program it manually

well it might be from verizon and it might be the battery. Try getting a new phone.

Your carrier has the SPC code or another way of master reset for you. Just remember to have your EIN # serial # and all the info behind the battery of your phonr for the tech dept.

For some reason it was not recognizing the new unit but after awhile it was 'found' maybe it was just patience. Thank you

had the same issue, called Verizon support (888)233-4831 and they're sending me a new phone. No fix, just replacement.
