The most likely solution is to replace any Capacitors that have blown in the onboard power circuit. Look for a Capacitor that has got a very bulging top in the region of the power connector.
If possible disconnecct power and allow the processor to be off power for an hour or so. Now press down all the control pads to drain off the residual voltage on mother board.
When power is put back On then the a/c must switch on . If not there is fault in the power relay orr the mother board.
This is was with me too. I know how to fix it. Remove all cables from your cabinet, i mean like keyboard, mouse, moniter etc. Remove your ram too. Then press your power button from 30 seconds. wait for 10 mins plugin all cables and turn it on. Hope it works for you.
1. Check the mother board user manual 1st. To see how to properly install this mother boar to your PC cabinet or tower.
2. Check to see if you have the power from the power supply correctly connected
3. You may not have the proper watts or power from the power supply to power said mother board.
4. check the mother board battery it may not have proper voltage it should be 3.9 volts or more with a voltage meter check.

Remove mother board and re- plug the SMPS power Connecter to Mother board outside of cabit and make sure that motherboard is not touching directly to Metal part of cabinnet.

there is way to find out
First ,disconnect all power cable and data cable from hdd,fdd,and remove all pci devices.
Now you have to check your pc mother board not touch to your pc case.
Second, check heat sink on cpu is mount properly check ram also.
now check on button if it is ok push it to on.
if now occouring same problem.
change cpu and check
if the problem is not solved you mother board is faulty.
