Bosch Classixx 1400 Express: stopped midway through wash cycle, making a high-pitched beeping noise. Water and clothes are trapped in the machine. I have tried setting it to drain and spin - just makes a horrible grinding noise and doesn't empty. I need the clothes that are in there! Please can you tell me what to do?
If there is still water in drum the door wont open try tilting the machine back so the water is not touching the door and wait for a click that normly works

check your detergent. You should only be using detergent that has the "he" symbol on the front of the bottle. It stands for high efficiency. Its made for washers that use less water so that it rinses completely. If you use regular detergent, suds will be left after the cycle is finished.

SOUNDS LIKE YOURE INLET VALVE HAS FAILED IF YOURE MACHINE IS COLD FILL ONLY IT WILL ONLY WORK ON ONE PART OF THE CYCLE ALTHOUGH IT HAS ONLY COLD FILL THERE ARE 2 VALVES SHARING SAME BODY,WILL NEED CHANGING
cheak the filter witch is at the intake and if when it is going to fill does it buzz if dose that means the vale is working if not call a repaire man out hope this helps
Make sure that all the water has drained from the washer, if it has a filter, remove and clean, it is located behind a removable plastic panel at the front of the m/c, if it still does not spin, suggest you remove motor and check the brushes for wear, this is often the reason it won't spin, but will wash o/k.

When the machine is on, but not running, press and hold the "pre-wash" button. After a few seconds it will begin that beep noise, keep holding it in until the beep volume goes down and finally stops completely (5-10 secs). Once the beep has stopped, release the button and voila, no more annoying beeps at the end of your cycle.
To restore the end of cycle notification (beep) do the same thing as described above, but release the button earlier while the beep is still going.
