IMO Never Use a cleaning disc for Gaming consoles. Which Xbox 360 do you have? Is it the Older Model or newer one? You can Try Blowing into Your Xbox disc drive. Is your xbox up to date,you can unplug your xbox 360 and from the wall and the Xbox. Wait 25 Mins and Try again.

about half of the game on the original xbox have a completely unrecognizable codec as opposed to the xbox 360 so there is'nt really any way to fix it sorry...
1. Turn off the xbox 360, disconnect the cables wait for 20 seconds reconnect the cables and turn it back on.
2. Remove the hard drive, turn on your xbox 360 without the hard drive.
3. Re attach the hard drive and turn on your xbox 360

Are you using a modded Xbox 360 console?, if not then the disc you are trying to play is probably a copied Xbox 360 disc which would not work on an original Xbox 360
