If you have birds and feed them fruit clean up the old thrown away fruit immediately.
Do not let any fruit lay out...bananas, peaches, strawberrys, etc....ALL will draw the little monsters.
Don't have any open containers of orange juice, cokes, anything sweet or even water.
There are little cardboard fruit moth traps you can buy at the hardware that work quite well.
Camicide was WONDERFUL! BUT you can't find it anymore, anywhere!
Check google for organic solutions.
If you have birds, DO NOT USE ANYTHING AROUND THEM! IT WILL KILL THEM!

Fruit is a great treat for your bird. Pretty much any type of fruit is good, but remember to take anything out the cage that hasn't been eaten within a couple of hours or it will grow bacteria.
