After I have detached my external flash (Nissin Digital Speedlite Di622), my Canon EOS 60D does not recognize the fact that the external flash is already detached. Thus, this does not allow the built-in flash to pop out when needed.
I have tried turning the power off and on again. The problem persists.
First check trigger voltage.
This flash was not made for your camera.
Just set camera to M, not Tv, Av.P.
Set Shutter to 250 or less
Set F Stop until you see correct exposure.
Get the Nissin Di866. I've sold and have some modification on this model. It's more powerful than the Canon 580EX II.
The cheaper model is Nissin Di622, which I also sells/services/supports.
