I recommend not writing log emails on line. Do it in Word or Wordpad and then copy it to the email. It's much safer. Also make sure you do periodic saves.

That's not a brand I remember, but it's most likely a tone generator from the days when you still found phones with rotary (pulse) dials. you can get new ring tones via sms or you can compose it by yourself first press menu,goto extrasin thatpress composer in that you can edit the tones which you already had or you can press by yourself
I had something similar happen. The solution was to reformat the device.
connect the player, open my computer, right click on the device, and select format. This will erase everything on the player.
