I bought a Bissell Poweredge Pet vacuum from target. There were no boxed products so I took it off the shelf. The instructions are in the clear filter, but I can't get the vacuum to release and let me get the instructions. How do I ge the instruction pamphlet out of the clear filter portion of the vacuum?
