Usually, an 'internal memory full' message means that you do not have an external memory where the camera can store its pictures and that it is currently using the internal memory of the camera that can store around 5-10 pictures only. So, the best option is to buy an external memory fcard for your camera. Bring your camera when you will be buying one so that the store clerk can provide you the right memory card.

Hello, you are on the safer side, all you need to do is just to visit the settings on your camera and go to memory card manager to format the memory card,if that is done you can now transfer datas into the memory card, but if the problem persist after then,i would suspect the memory card is corrupt, and if that arises, you will have to get another memory card to ease your stress and allow you enjoy the service of your digital camera as supposed.

Do you have pics on the internal memory? You must format the internal memory with no card in the camera. Then, format the card.
