Welcome to Fixya. you can download the driver on Belkin Website just make sure that you know the model of your adapter. You can use the link below to download the driver and install it on your computer.
Belkin Network Adapter Download
After you install the driver you can connect to your router by following the instruction below.
1. Click on Start
2. Connect to - Select the Network Name or Name of your Network and click Connect.
3. If the network is secured it will ask you for a Network Key or Passphrase. if none it will automatically connect the computer.
4. If you dont know the passphrase or network key you need to access the router page. If you don't know how please provide me with the make and the model of your router so that i can provide you the step by step guide on how to do it.

I responded tro you saying, mI am not trying to connect to wifi, it is another computer.
I probably did not explain myself very clearly. I have two computers. One is on my second floor, the one on which I am working now, the other is on the first floor. I want to connect with the one on the first floorm using my Belkin Plug in adaptor.

I want to know which Belkin driver I should copy to a disc to take down stairs and put on that computer
