My dell xps1210 do not have these driver because I formated the laptop and lost the CD drivers. I found any drivers but not all.
I saw in the divice manager that these device have problems.

You need the ricoh chipset drivers

I also have issue with above in device manager- listed as base system

b. On the side or rear of your machine is a Service Tag ID#, please post that so I can look up what configuration your machine was shipped with.

i have same problem
directly after starting the installation of windows 7 it stops and askes me for the driver of the cd/dvd device. it does not install it automaticly

the PCI device driver is not installed as shown in the computer management and i dont know the make of the device and also cannot make out from where i should be able to download the required driver and also i dont know anything about the PCI device

In the computer management, the device manager portion showing that PCI device driver is not installed.i have tried to locate the driver manually and also online but all in vein. i dont know the manufacturer of the device so cannot make out which website to follow and also the date, version is not shown along with the digital signature. Please provide me the details of the drivers of the same and from where i can download it.
