If Acer never made it compatible with windows 7 in the first place you are out of luck. They made it to work with 8, so they had no reason to support win7, therefore it doesnt and you should.... install 10! or 8.1
Windows 7 or Windows XP? In either case, here's the US source, http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers just type in Travelmate 4100 under "Product Model" and it will pull up the list of XP drivers. If you need Windows 7 drivers they should be the included ones with the OS, otherwise, on that same page, you can click on the line "need to know the hardware in your system to choose the right drivers?" download the "HWVendorDetection.exe" software, fid=nd out what "chipset" from intel you have, install that driver and then get the audio driver.
"This page shows only drivers that are not contained in Windows 7"
and the only device-driver that is listed is an "audio" device-driver.
So, the "missing" driver is already on the Windows 7 Installation DVD disk.
Or, try http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com and do a "custom" search, looking for "optional [hardware] updates", to see if Windows Update will offer a device-driver for your hardware.
I can help you with the Bluetooth driver for windows 7 but Acer does not yet provide an audio driver for Windows 7 (yet). Click here for the bluetooth driver: http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php
Click here to see the available drivers for your TravelMate: (Tip: Begin by clicking on, Notebook on the web page - clicking Travelmate - and clicking on model 4070.) http://www.acersupport.com/drivers_download.aspx
