PANASONIC PLASMA TC-P50C2 The tv is 4 months old and this morning it would not turn on. All it does is blink 10 times. The dreaded blinking red light of death. Can you tell me what the problem is? Can I fix it myself? 3/24/11

Your TV is in warranty period I thinks. If so, company is liable and will repair it free fo charge. There is "repair,replace, refund gurantees. Your gurantee card and broshure will tell you that. Look at it.
For what you are going to take the risk.

My 50" Panisonic TV lost the picture and it black, when i turn it on the red power light comes on then starts blinking.

How many blinks you get, Panasonic has a diagnostic blink code to help with troubleshooting, it might indicate an issue with the internal supply, SC cards or main A module.
