I have a Kenmore Frostless Model #: 253.21041104 The temp. alarm keeps going off. The red light blinks and alarm goes off. Owners manual says that it is from warm conditions, but there are no warm conditions. Is it maybe too full? How can i shut it off so it doesn't go off every 12 hours. Owners manual said some models have a switch to turn it off, but with my luck this model does not. Can i just unplug it from the control board?

Best thing to do first is get a thermometer to be sure the temperature is correct. Items still freeze at higher temperatures. If you have ice cream and it is soft, then you have a temp problem.

SOURCE: tempature warning beeper beeps sometime and the freezer seems to be droping temp some. It goes down to about 20 degrees and then up to about 32-36 degrees. Can you tell me what the problem is

that's the same problem i incurred, i replaced the thermostat and the fan. seems to be working fine.

Kenmore Frostless Upright freezer model# 23971. The alarm sounded, all contents in freezer is frozen solid. We turned the alarm off, but the red light continues to blink. How do you reset the alarm and stop the red light from flashing? Where do I look to find the model number on a kenmore upright freezer? I want to get the owners manual for it to find out why the power light keeps blinking, and the alarm going off every hour.

Kenmore frostless 19 temp. control knob
i've pulled up the service diagram for it and there's no thermostat or temperature control but there's a limit sensor inside the freezer I'm sure that such sensor is failing and when it defrosts, it stays on to long, and the whole 15 min defrost cycles goes on causing the freezer to warm up, delaying the freezing process. I'm almost sure that the limit is going.

you have a refrigeration issue partner let her go 16 yrs. is good service you can replace it for 3 to 5 hundred the repair will be that IF you can find someone with the r-12. don't go for a top it off and go deal the food you lose is to expensive for that to be economical.
