How is your screen inverted? Color wise? Upsidedown?

Right click on the Desktop and select "Properties." Click the "Settings" tab and then select "Advanced."
Click the "Driver" tab and then "Graphics Properties."
Press "Display Settings" and uncheck the "Enable rotation" option. Click "Apply" and then "OK."

Factory reset for lenovo t410

if it is a newer model computer, 1 to 2.5 years old,there is an option in your Control panel setting to allow you to do that easily. or u tuibe may have a video of step by step to change the setting back
