I am in nigeria ,i bought a blackberry bold 9700 and wanted to connet to the internet with the service providers in my country namely MTN,Glo mobile,and others but they say my rim is suspended what do i do, there is no fun using blackberry without the Bb messenger pinginging. pls i need help

you more than likely need service books. i have the same phone and have delt with the exact same issue. first take out the battery with the phone on and leave it out for 45 seconds. next open your messages and delete all that you can. you can highlight the date in your inbox and select menu and then delete prior and it will empty your inbox. this will work! thank you!!
