I have a sylvania lcd tv model 6620lf, was working fine until it all of a sudden it went bad. I can see the people on screen ok accept their faces are all blue. Colors are not a problem still get green, red, yellow and blue. TV turns on ok, menu displays properly, can still change contrast, color, sharpness and other options but the best picture is when they have blue faces. The brightness control must be set at the far left for best possible picture to be displayed. Any help, hints or suggestions are appreciated.

SOURCE: Distorted Picture

I don't think that the cable is your problem. Set may have a defective tuner or small signal board. (Tuner is soldered onto the small signal board).

Most likely fix is to find and replace the small signal board with tuner. Should be able to find one for less than $200.

Another thing to try is your video inputs. Use external devices such as a DVD play hooked you using proper video lines and check you inputs. Are they doing the same thing as your cable? If not, then it maybe just a tuner. Some makes and models won't allow you to solder in a new tuner without a full board replacement, but this however may allow you to hookup a VCR with a tuner built in and from VCR to your TV using video input jacks and then programming the VCR tuner to all your cable channels may get your set watchable again without having to tare it apart and replacing a board. However if your input jacks are distorting like the cable channels are, then a small signal board replacement is a must for your set.

Good luck!

SOURCE: The color is "green"

Have you tried to go into your menu on your TV ? Look for color or gamma setting and try to lower the green level.

My Sylvania model LC195SL9 A will not connect with Vista

The TV cannot support the video resolution that your PC puts out, you need to find out what the resolution the TV can do in PC mode, then set the video on your PC to that resolution.

Sylvania 32" LCD HD TV LC320SS8 went off and will not come back on. tested the outlet it is fine

Sounds like a bad power supply or a bad power control board/circuit board. This seems to be a bit common with these lcd's.

My Vizio 32" Flat Screen suddenly turned blue and "no Signal"

Check the cable connector. If it is OK then the turner has gone bad. Replace main board will fix it.

Black Screen

try this option , open the unit , look on the PC board , try to locate an inverter transformer ( its square with ferrite coil ) look on the back for a DRY SOLDER around that area , if not then try the POWER SUPPLY also , hope this helps
