The alarm goes on every morning at 6:00 how do I turn it off?
First make sure there are fresh batteries in the clock. when you first put the batteries in you will need to look on the clock for the buttons that allow you to choose your time zone., press that button. put the clock in a window or near a wall so that the clock back faces toward Colorado (assuming you are in the united states) colorado is where the atomic clock is located. depending on where you are located you may have to wait till early am (3 to 5 am) to get a strong signal form WWV (the call sign of the transmitter station). you clock should automatically set over night and be ready to go the next morning. you can also manually set the clock, but that kind of defeats the purpose. good luck
If all else fails, some clocks have a little hole in back, into which you can insert a pin, and this creates a factory reset.

I have the same model. Make sure you have good batteries and move the clock away from any electrical equipment. Since WWVB broadcasts at a frequency of 60kHz, this could be a harmonic of 60 Hz.
If all else fails, remove the batteries, take the clock outside and reinstall the batteries. If you do this at night you should pick up a signal..
I just had to move my clock out of the computer room and it picked up the signal at noon.
Good luck
