We faced same issue, so we Tap all the sides and it worked temporarily. Now we have to call a tech to fix it permanently.

The error code PE indicates that the half load motor is defective.

Phase error does mean low current only a current rectifirer will solve this will keep voltage regulated dipending on the load of machine it could be expensive to buy a proper voltage regulator for it

This is Water Pressure Switch Error.

A paragraph from the Guide :-

* Generated Frequency Signal of WATER LEVEL (WIL) SIW (KHz)
Normal Level = Abnormal W/L Frequency
Low Level = 30.00 Khz
High Level = 15.00 Khz
If the same signal is detected for more than 5 seconds, it is a PRESSURE SWITCH Error. When this error occurs the drain pump will operate for 3 min. and the display will show 1 E indicating a pressure switch error.
